BIOGRAPHY

Alexis Nasard is the Chief Commercial Officer for Heineken, based in The Netherlands. In February 2010, he also became Global Commerce Director for Heineken.

Prior to Heineken, Alexis spent 17 years working with Procter & Gamble in a variety of Senior Management roles. From 2006-2010 he was General Manager of Procter and Gamble’s $1.2 billion Personal Care business, for Central and Eastern-Europe, the Middle-East and Africa, based in Switzerland. In this role, he was responsible for brand design, product & commercial innovation for 5 product categories (12 brands, including Oral-B, Olay, Crest) and delivered double-digit top-line growth, in the last 3 years. From 2002 to 2006 Alexis was Marketing Director of Health & Beauty Care at Procter & Gamble Russia. Under his management, Procter & Gamble became the #2 Beauty Company in Russia and #1 in the Ukraine. From 2000 – 2002 he was Marketing Director Prestige Beauté and Fine Fragrances, based in Switzerland. Alexis fulfilled various Marketing & Brand Management roles in Germany, Switzerland and the USA between 1992 and 2000 where he has successfully grown and managed global and premium brands such as Pampers, Tempo, Ariel, Dash, Viakal and Always. Before joining Procter & Gamble, Alexis worked as a Market Analyst at Frost & Sullivan, and as Strategic Planning Analyst at Bechtel Corporation, both in the USA.

Alexis earned his MBA at the University of California at Berkeley, USA and his MS/BS in Civil Engineering from the Saint-Joseph University, Beirut, Lebanon.
