Corporate citizenship is becoming increasingly important for business, not only from the obvious political, economic and ecological perspectives, but from a brand expectation point of view. Also, as companies look to build their next generation of leaders, the ‘millennial generation’ are just as interested in potential employers’ corporate responsibility strategy as they are salary.
