Balouzat, a large network of opticians in France, approached Interbrand when it faced a number of new competitors in the market.
We determined that the way forward for the brand was to articulate and communicate its fundamentals – expertise and quality.
Building on three brand values: precision, technical expertise and friendliness, we developed a new visual identity to position Balouzat as a star performer. The retail concept was modernized to showcase the latest products and better inform and assist customer choice.
Our work resonated with customers and has enabled Balouzat to expand its network in France.
