Vanke is the largest corporation in China’s real estate development industry, with estate projects in over 30 provinces in China. But over the years, as corporations and consumers have evolved, Vanke’s brand was feeling outdated.
Based on brand equity analysis, we created a new brand strategy and slogan for Vanke. We unified the visual identity of the master brand and created a refreshed visual look. The new and flexible identity ensures that the master brand gains equity from its sub-brand.
The 2009 rebrand significant raised the brand’s profile.
