Prior to joining Interbrand, Christian led a four year transformation program at M&C Saatchi Plc as Chief Digital Officer. This program led to a doubling of digital business through a number of new client partnerships, strategic acquisitions and new proposition launches.
During this time Christian advised brands such as Google, De Beers, RBS and Boots on growing brand advocacy and managing brand experience and reputation in an increasingly fragmented digital world, as well as being a subject matter expert on programmatic and data-driven advertising.
Prior to MandC Saatchi Plc, Christian was Director of Strategic Services at LBi for four years, running the strategy consulting, communications planning and research capabilities for the largest digital agency in the world. Christian worked on several global transformation projects in during that time including global work for Unilever, Electrolux and Sony.
Christian joined LBi after several years leading the Hewlett Packard account in EMEA for Digitas, which was Digitas’ largest client both in terms of awards and revenues and before that had his own strategy consultancy business for five years.
