Simon Thun is CEO of Interbrand Central & Eastern Europe. He has more than 18 years of consulting experience in the areas of marketing, brand, and business strategy – for both B2B and B2C clients. He has worked with senior management teams at international blue-chip clients (e.g. Allianz, Bertelsmann, BMW, eBay, General Motors, Metro, Siemens, Vattenfall, Volkswagen) in countries across Europe, the U.S., and China, as well as for top players in Germany (e.g. Commerzbank, Deutsche Telekom, Postbank, Zeiss).
Before joining Interbrand, Simon served as the Chief Strategy & Growth Officer at Saatchi & Saatchi Germany. Prior to that, he was Managing Director of the German office of Prophet Brand Strategy. Simon joined Prophet through the acquisition of a management consulting boutique he had co-founded. Initially he had started his career within Omnicom at BBDO Consulting.
Simon holds a Diploma in Business Administration & Marketing Communication and is an Alumnus of the German Academic Scholarship Foundation. He is a regular speaker, writer, and jury member on brand and business topics. He works for Interbrand since 2017.

Having founded and successfully run an own consultancy with two partners.
