Brands today are defined by the experience they deliver to their customers. It’s insufficient to simply communicate a story, a benefit and an attitude, you need to demonstrate your commitment to a core idea by making tangible moves that shape the experiences you provide for your customers. Marketers therefore have to think about the totality of the brand experience and work across the organization to ensure that all touchpoints are true to the brand – cohesive, differentiated and engaging. 

In our ‘Leading with Experience’ event, we will share the learnings from the most recent Best Global Brands report and explore what the world’s leading brands are doing to lead with experience, which were born as experience brands, which made the leap and which have failed. 

We will be joined by three leading CMO’s from Uber, SoFi and Truist who understand the importance of experiences and how they can foster community, exemplify purpose and differentiate themselves from their category and competitors.
